Mithun Prabhakar

Mithun Prabhakar has extensive experience in operational excellence and workforce management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence and Head of Workforce and Financial Management at Grab since September 2019, Mithun leads the Regional Workforce Management team, overseeing capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and budget management for support operations. Prior to Grab, Mithun held positions at Citi as Senior Vice President of Global Workforce Management and Vice President, Head of CitiPhone CTSM Singapore, managing large teams and ensuring service level and financial KPIs were met. Mithun’s earlier career includes roles at Dell, Tata Business Support Services, and GE Capital, encompassing project management, workforce optimization, and call center operations. Mithun holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Bangalore University.
