Nichapa Surasithi

Nichapa Surasithi currently serves as the Head of Human Resource Business Partner (Leadership Program) at Lotus's since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of HR Strategy and Business Partner at Minor Lifestyle (March 2021 - March 2022) and Assistant General Manager - HRBP at Nissan Motor Corporation (March 2018 - May 2021). Nichapa also held the position of Human Resources Manager Asia Pacific South at SIG Combibloc from June 2014 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Chulalongkorn University, a diploma in English and French from Assumption Convent School, and current pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource and Organizational Development at NIDA Thailand.
