Ralph Joseph Cabaluna

Ralph Joseph Cabaluna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the mobility and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of 2W Mobility and Managing Director of Move It Philippines at Grab since January 2018, Ralph has been instrumental in transforming Move It into a market leader in the country. Ralph's prior positions at Grab include Head of Cities and Expansions, Head of Country Operations, Country Marketing Head, and Head of 4W Commercial Operations, where significant contributions were made to the growth and profitability of multiple business lines. Before joining Grab, Ralph worked at Globe Telecom, where leadership was demonstrated in the growth of online and telesales channels for broadband. Early career experiences include roles at Philip Morris International and Procter & Gamble, focusing on business improvement, profit forecasting, and financial management. Ralph holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University.
