Suthen Thomas Paradatheth

Paradatheth helms Grab's major tech initiatives across its delivery, mobility, and financial services businesses. His focus is on bolstering the company’s infrastructure and enabling deeper synergies between its services, among other things.

Paradatheth served as Grab’s first technical lead when the firm was founded in 2012. In 2020, he was promoted to CTO of the company’s mobility, deliveries, experiences, as well as automation and platform excellence.

Throughout his career with Grab, the executive has led over 1,000 engineers, data scientists, and technical program managers across various countries.
