Vijay Adapa

Vijay Adapa is an experienced security professional currently serving as a Security Engineering Manager for Application Security at Grab since November 2018, previously holding roles such as Senior Software Engineer in Security Automation and Security Engineer focused on Application Security. At Grab, Vijay has been involved in security automation, project architecture reviews, penetration testing, secure code reviews, and managing the Grab Bug Bounty program. In parallel, Vijay has been blogging about security and automation under the project Secure Boy since March 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Security Engineer and Red Team Member at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2016 to November 2018, where Vijay contributed to various security initiatives across multiple regions, including red team campaigns, application security, and vulnerability management. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering (2012-2016).
