Janelle Desir is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management and training. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager and previously as the Food and Beverage Manager at Grace Bay Resorts since March 2022, Janelle has honed skills in enhancing service quality and operational excellence. Prior roles include Restaurant General Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Restaurant Manager at Cap Maison Villa Resort & Spa, contributing to operational success and customer satisfaction. Janelle's career commenced at Smugglers Cove Resort and Spa, where roles included Community Manager and Marketing Executive. Janelle holds a diploma from the International Culinary Center and is pursuing an Executive MBA in International Hotel Management at Les Roches.
