Ardiana Bacaj

Ardiana Bacaj is currently working as an Associate Director at Grace Blue Partnership since June 2021. Prior to this, Ardiana worked as an Associate in the Consumer and Retail Practice at Odgers Berndtson from July 2014 to June 2021. Ardiana has also held roles such as Research Associate in the Consumer and Retail Practice at Odgers Berndtson from November 2013 to July 2014 and as an Administrative Associate at CTPartners. Before entering the corporate world, Ardiana was a Teacher at Robert J. Christian School, P.S. 81 from September 2007 to September 2011. Ardiana holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College and a Masters of Science in Education from Lehman College.
