Justin Raby

Justin Raby has extensive experience in both the non-profit and business sectors, currently serving as Campus Pastor and Director of Mobilization at Grace Church since March 2015, with a strong focus on international development across more than 30 countries. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Director of Recruitment & Mobilization at an international organization from January 2010 to March 2015. Justin's background in sales includes roles as Senior Sales Coordinator and Outside Sales Representative at Hertz Equipment Rental and Fastenal, achieving significant sales growth and efficiency improvements. In addition to academic pursuits in counseling and Spanish language, Justin earned multiple degrees, including an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Ozarks Technical Community College.
