Elsa Hepner

Elsa Crowley Hepner serves as the Head of Middle School and Latin Teacher at Grace Church School since August 2012, where responsibilities include teaching Latin for grades 7 and 8 and fulfilling the role of advisor. Prior experience includes teaching Latin at Staten Island Academy (August 2011 - June 2012) for grades 9-12, and serving as Faculty Advisor for the Classics Club. Elsa also taught Latin at Carver Junior High School within Spartanburg County School District Seven during the 2010-2011 academic year. Early career experience includes two art internships at Johnson Development Associates, Inc., focusing on cataloging art and gathering biographical information about artists. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education from Saint Joseph College (2008 - 2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Classics from Trinity College-Hartford (2004 - 2008).
