Thu Lam

Thu Lam has held a variety of roles in the apparel industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Thu worked as a Graphic Designer for Ringier Vietnam. From 2015 to 2021, Thu worked as a Production Assistant for Helsin & Co, a Product Development Intern for Boardriders, a Product Development/ Production Assistant for Protek and Co, and most recently as an Apparel Production Manager for Grace Eleyae, Inc. In each role, Thu has been responsible for tasks such as creating and issuing purchase orders, sourcing production materials, monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of product into the business, creating designs and concepts, reviewing final layouts, and more.

Thu Lam has a diverse educational background. In 2006, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Ho Chi Minh University of Architecture. From 2017 to 2020, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising - Production at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Thu is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at California State University-San Bernardino, with an expected completion date of 2024. Additionally, Thu Lam has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in Organization Design, Organizational Culture, and Influencing Others, all obtained in May 2020.
