Darnell Allen

Darnell Allen is an experienced professional in production and management, currently serving as the Regional Production Lead at Grace Family Church since September 2023. Darnell has been the CEO of Trip Dz Productions since January 2004, focusing on production, arranging, music, writing, engineering, and artist development. Previous roles include Worship Pastor and Tech Director at Saddleback Church from November 2020 to July 2023, and Service Programming Director at Southside Church from May 2019 to June 2020, where Darnell collaborated on service programming and created engaging worship environments. Darnell also served as Campus Production Manager at Christ's Church of the Valley, overseeing AVL needs and managing multiple worship services. Additional experience includes marketing coordination at Auction Nation and media direction at Peace Baptist Church, along with a stint as Department Manager at Guitar Center. Darnell studied at Gordon State College from 2005 to 2007.
