Allie Nunzi

Allie Nunzi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Allie is currently a Founding Partner at ALGN, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in strategy, culture, and human potential. Prior to this, they were the Director of Education and Co-Founder of The Leadership Studio, where they focused on elevating the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of the community through yoga and mindfulness classes. Allie also served as the Senior Organizational Development Coach & CEO at Nunzi Consulting Co., providing executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development consulting. Allie has a background in personal and professional coaching as a Certified Professional Coach at Lightyear Leadership. Furthermore, Allie is the Founder & CEO of Grace & Glory Yoga, a family of yoga studios that aim to cultivate the experience of yoga off the mat and develop authentic leaders. Additionally, they have experience in podcasting and was the host of the This Human Experience Podcast. Allie also served as the Executive Director of the Baptiste Foundation, where they supported the organization through internal restructuring and program development to provide yoga and mindfulness practices for individuals with trauma. Allie began their career as the Director of Admissions at The Aveda Institute.

Allie Nunzi has attended Savannah College of Art and Design and University of the Arts for an unknown period of time. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Neuroscience of Business, Professional Coach, Certified Yin & Yoga Nidra Teacher, Certified Kids Yoga Teacher, and many more. These certifications were obtained between the years 2016 and 2022.
