Kim Desotell

Kim Desotell has a diverse work experience in the education field. Kim started their career as a teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools in 1986, specializing in middle school science. Kim then worked as a teacher in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, teaching middle school science, social studies, and language. Kim later became the school principal in the same district. In 2006, they joined UW-Green Bay as the Director Phuture Phoenix and Coordinator Professional Development Certificate Program. Kim was later promoted to the position of Director of Development. Desotell's most recent role is as the President of Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) System, where they focus on individualized learning and creating a high-achieving, faith-based school system.

Kim Desotell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a major in Education and a minor in Science, from Saint Mary's College in 1986. Kim later pursued a Master of Science degree in Administrative Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, and also completed a program in Leadership from St. Norbert College's Center for Exceptional Leadership.
