Gabriela D'Alfonso

Gabriela D'Alfonso began their work experience in 2003 as an Assistant Billing Manager at Johnathan Kim DDS, where they worked until 2005. Gabriela then joined EY as a Senior Accountant II/Auditor from 2012 to 2016, where they collaborated with various clients to evaluate financial statements, audit account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations. In 2016, Gabriela joined Pioneer Bank, SSB as a Senior Accountant and later progressed to an Assistant Controller role. During their time at Pioneer Bank, they focused on driving process improvements, integrating new technology and processes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance to US GAAP and regulatory protocols. Gabriela is currently working at Grace Hill as an Assistant Controller since November 2021.

Gabriela D'Alfonso completed their Bachelor of Science & Commerce in Accounting degree from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science in Business degree at De Anza College in 2010.
