Lisa Werts

Lisa Werts has a diverse work experience. Lisa started their career at Post Properties in 1989 as a Director of Learning Solutions, where they conducted needs analysis, recommended learning solutions, and delivered training to a large number of associates. Lisa then joined SunTrust Bank in 2008, initially as a Personal Banker and later took on roles such as Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager/Personal Banker. In 2012, Lisa worked as an Administrative Manager at Brian S Martin before returning to SunTrust Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager in 2013. In 2015, Lisa joined Grace Hill as a Senior Account Manager and was eventually promoted to the role of People Success Manager in 2021.

Lisa Werts started their education at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1984, specializing in Management. Lisa then attended Kennesaw State University from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Management.
