Dian Trabulsy

Dian Trabulsy, Esq. is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in AI governance, strategic advisory, and corporate transformation. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grace May LLC since February 2018, Dian has established a premier consulting firm specializing in ethical AI implementation. In addition to leading Grace May LLC, Dian serves as the Executive Director of Loving Legacy - Fan and Dai Foundation and is an author and keynote speaker for Journey Back to Wholeness, a guide for driven mothers. Dian has held significant roles in various startups as an angel investor and advisor, providing insights on sustainable scaling and ethical practices. Previous positions include Assistant General Counsel for AI Governance at Corebridge Financial, Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the VR/AR Association, and extensive involvement in governance and transformation roles within AIG. Dian holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, and an Executive Certificate in C-Suite Development from George Mason University.
