Jay Sansing

Jay Sansing has extensive work experience in the field of information systems and technology. Jay started their career as an Operations Manager at EveryCD, Inc. in 1998 and later worked as an IT Support Specialist at Epylon Corporation. Jay then served as the General Manager at Figaro Ristorante, where they managed a high volume restaurant and handled IT and payroll operations. Jay Sansing then took on the role of IT Manager at Disability Rights Advocates, where they administered a 30-user network and upgraded systems. Following this, they worked as an IT Consultant at The Sturdevant Law Firm.

Jay Sansing joined CT Summation, which was later acquired by AccessData, where they served as a Product Support Representative. Jay'sexceptional performance led to their promotion as the Product Support Manager, where they managed support for all Summation software and exceeded industry standards for customer satisfaction. Jay continued to work as a Technical Product Manager at AccessData, capturing enhancement requests and overseeing releases.

In 2014, Jay Sansing joined Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School as the Database & Systems Administrator, responsible for the administration of various software platforms and maintenance of servers and devices. Jay was later promoted to the role of Director of Information Systems, leading the selection, administration, and integration of software systems and providing strategic technology counsel to school leaders.

Jay Sansing attended Rhodes College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs. Prior to their college education, they attended Memphis University School from 1991 to 1994. Before that, Jay Sansing studied at Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School from 1979 to 1991. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Adult & Pediatric CPR/Standard First Aid from the American Trauma Event Management institution.
