Andrew Small

Andrew Small is an experienced business analyst with a comprehensive background in financial services and government technology sectors. Currently serving as a business analyst at GraceKennedy Financial Group since July 2024, Andrew has previously held similar roles at eGov Jamaica Limited, where contributions were made to the Ministry of National Security for software procurement. Earlier experience includes positions at JMMB Group Jamaica, Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley, where Andrew was instrumental in implementing Agile methodologies and enhancing client connectivity within high-frequency trading environments. Andrew holds a BSc in Distributed Information Systems and an HND in Computing from the University of East London.
