Jason Bailey is a Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing robust risk and compliance programs. Currently serving as the Head of Risk at GraceKennedy Ltd., they are responsible for establishing a comprehensive risk management framework and enhancing a risk-aware culture within the organization. Jason has also held roles such as Manager of Risk and Compliance at VM Wealth Management and Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, showcasing their ability to thrive in rapidly changing business environments. They hold a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Actuarial Science from Northern Caribbean University.
