Yanmin Miao

Yanmin Miao currently serves as the Head of HR BP for R&D in China at AstraZeneca since October 2024 and holds the position of VP, HR & Admin at Gracell Biotechnologies since September 2020. Yanmin's prior experience includes HR Director at 歌礼生物科技(杭州)有限公司 from October 2018 to August 2020 and Head of HR BP at 卫材 from December 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities encompassed general HR management in alignment with business needs, talent assessment, and annual promotion processes. Yanmin's career began at NYK Logistics (China), progressing from HR Senior Supervisor to Associate BD Manager between December 2006 and November 2010. Yanmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Fudan University, graduating in 2002.
