Harsh Varma has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance and investments. Harsh began their career at Bear Stearns Investment Bank, where they served as Vice President from 1994 to 1998. Harsh then worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they joined Standard & Poor's as an Associate Director in 2003. In 2004, Varma joined UBS Investment Bank as an Executive Director, where they stayed until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Pragati India Fund as the Director and Head of Investments. In 2016, Varma became the Managing Director at Imperial Capital, LLC. In the same year, they also took on the role of Non-Executive Advisor and Member of the Investment Committee at Dolma Impact Fund. Since 2017, Varma has been a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Gracie Point.
Harsh Varma attended Columbia Business School from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Finance, General and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
