Previous roles include management positions at renowned establishments such as Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and Jean-Georges' various restaurants. Simon Kim’s foundational experience includes significant responsibilities at MGM Grand and Kori Restaurant, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in the hospitality industry. Simon Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and another Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.
