Ronita Banerjee

Ronita Banerjee currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Graco since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ronita was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where responsibilities included leading the Global HR function and implementing transformational strategies. Previous positions include Global Vice-President for Enterprise Business HR at Westinghouse and Global HR VP for Honeywell’s Connected Building Solutions. Ronita's early career includes significant HR roles at General Mills, Dell, GATI LTD, and an internship at The Coca-Cola Company. Academically, Ronita holds an MA in HRIR from the University of Minnesota, a PHR certification from HRCI, an MBA from Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University Of North Bengal.
