Rajat Gupta

Rajat Gupta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic people development, learning and development, and human resource management. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Gracure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. since July 2019, Rajat focuses on process improvement and people management. Previous roles include Manager Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed business-aligned HR, staffing, recruitment, and organizational design. Prior to this, Rajat operated as a freelance recruiter and held various positions in HR at Kusum Group of Companies, contributing to the pharmaceutical sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from IAMR, a Bachelor of Laws from the Integrated School of Law, and specialized training in HR analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and XLRI Jamshedpur.
