Tess Thompson

Tess Thompson has extensive experience in the field of corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions. Tess held the position of Vice President of Development, Mergers & Acquisitions at ARC Health, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions at Triumph Orthopedic Partners from May 2022 to October 2023. From August 2021 to May 2022, they served as the Vice President of Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions at Compassus. Tess also has experience at CoreCivic, where they held the roles of Senior Director and Director of Strategic Development in Mergers and Acquisitions from September 2015 to August 2021. Tess began their career at LBMC in 2014 as a Senior Associate in Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services.
