Alan Daza

Alan Daza is a seasoned professional in the water and wastewater treatment industry, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Business Development for the Americas at Gradiant since January 2025. Prior to this role, Daza held the position of Americas CEO and Global Vice President of Technology at BW Water from January 2024 to November 2024. Daza's extensive experience includes serving as Managing/Technical Director at SafBon Water Technology from October 2019 to October 2024, and Vice President of Sales & Business Development for the Americas and Europe regions at Aquatech International Corporation from November 2010 to October 2019. Additional roles in Daza's career encompass leadership positions at Christ Water Technology Americas, Degremont Anderson Water Systems, USFilter, GE, Glegg Water Conditioning, and Seprotech Systems Inc. Daza holds a Master's of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, as well as an Executive Education degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School.
