Appakonam Premkumar

Appakonam Premkumar has extensive work experience in HR roles, particularly in start-up environments. Their most recent position is as Head of HR at Gradiant, which they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Consultant from September 2017 to August 2022. Appakonam has also held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, Essel Infraprojects Ltd., Etisalat, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited, RPG Cellular Services Limited, and Indchem Electronics - a SANMAR group Company.
