Joseph Sebastian

Joseph Sebastian has extensive work experience in the field of process engineering and water technology. Joseph is currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at Gradiant. Prior to this, Joseph worked as the Proposals Manager at SUEZ - Oil & Gas Systems, where they managed the proposals team and optimized bidding resources. Joseph also held the position of Technical Manager at Siemens LLC, Operations Manager at Severn Trent Services, and Manager of the Middle East Hub at Siemens Water Technologies. Joseph has a background in sales and proposals, having served as the Team Leader of Proposals at Metito Overseas Ltd, Head of the Proposals Department at WETICO/Saudi Berkefeld Filter Co. Ltd, and Assistant Manager of Sales and Proposals at Degremont Limited. Joseph started their career as a Senior Engineer in Marketing at Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd.

Joseph Sebastian attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering. From 1989 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the University at Buffalo.
