Yolanda Lisu Sumbung

Yolanda Lisu Sumbung is a Co-Founder at Gradient since January 2022, bringing a diverse range of experience in leadership and engineering. Previously, an intern at Shimizu Corporation and a job training participant at PT TOTAL BANGUN PERSADA Tbk in 2021, Yolanda also served as Director General of Talent Excellence for Kabinet KM ITB, where onboarding processes for over 700 staff were implemented. Notable contributions include leading SIBADES as Head of Wawasan Kemasyarakatan, focusing on societal awareness through civil engineering works. Additionally, Yolanda has experience as an assistant lecturer in transportation engineering and held various leadership roles in youth organizations. Yolanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2022 and was a recipient of the Djarum Beasiswa Plus in 2021.
