Maria Pia Spratley

Maria Pia Spratley is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Gradient Health since March 2025, Maria Pia previously held the position of Director of Product at Oze from February 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Aerobotics and Head of Product and Product Manager at Travelstart.
