Ibrahim Faruqi

Ibrahim Faruqi is an accomplished AI Research Engineer at Gradient Labs, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Ibrahim served as Lead Machine Learning Scientist and Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Monzo Bank from January 2021 to December 2024. Experience also includes serving as a Data Scientist at Napier from May 2019 to January 2021 and as a Research Scientist at Callsign from June 2017 to May 2019. Ibrahim holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, complemented by foundational education at Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet.
