Caitlyn Smith

Caitlyn Smith is currently the Area Director of People and Culture at Graduate Hotels, where Caitlyn manages P&C responsibilities and initiatives across multiple properties. Prior to this role, Caitlyn served as the People and Culture Manager, where Caitlyn provided HR guidance and support to associates. Smith also worked as a Culture Champion, coordinating recruiting efforts and facilitating new hire orientation and training programs. With a background in career services and customer service, Smith has extensive experience in employee relations and talent management.
