Martha Morningstar has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Martha is currently the Director of Sales at Graduate Hotels, where they are responsible for maximizing sales and revenue for a large conference center hotel. Prior to this, Martha worked as a Hotel Taskforce Specialist at M2 Hospitality Consulting, where they provided consulting services in areas such as sales, catering, and staff development. Martha also served as the Director of Sales at Inn at the 5th, where they led sales efforts and achieved top line revenue goals. Martha has experience in mystery shopping and coaching as well, having worked as a Mystery Shop Call Coach at Master Connection Associates. Early in their career, Martha held the position of Director of Catering & Conference Services at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and Director of Catering and Event Management at ROUGE Fine Catering.
