Neelima K. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2011 as a Front Office Supervisor & Guest Service Agent at Hilton Springfield. Neelima then worked as a Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waukegan in 2013 before becoming a Group Sales Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts in 2015. Neelima continued their career as a Group Sales Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2016 and later became a Senior Sales Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago North Shore Suites in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Group Sales Manager at Hilton Orrington/Evanston, where they expertly handled the RFP cycle. Currently, Neelima K. serves as the Director of Sales at Graduate Hotels, a position they have held since 2020.
