Steven Trombley

Steven Trombley has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Steven currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Graduate Hotels since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AJ Capital Partners, starting as a Senior Associate in 2014 and progressing to roles such as Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President, and Principal. Before AJ Capital Partners, they held the position of Associate at JLL from 2013 to 2014. Trombley began their career as an Associate at PwC in 2012.

Steven Trombley's education history begins in 2008, when they enrolled at the University of Michigan. Steven pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science, which they completed in 2012. During their time at the University of Michigan, they also attended the Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Steven continued their education at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. From 2023 to 2025, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Additionally, in 2014, Steven Trombley obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
