LaTonya Randolph, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Global People Operations at the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) since August 2015, overseeing human resources processes globally and managing a team of generalists in various HR functions. Prior roles at GMAC include Head of People Operations for US-based employees and Senior Manager of Learning, Engagement & HR Services, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. LaTonya’s extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades, with previous positions at Ricoh USA, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for significant employee bases and aligning HR strategies with business goals. LaTonya began a career in HR at Select Staffing Services and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
