Delia Rojas

Delia Rojas is the current Senior Manager of People Operations at Peloton. Prior to joining, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Tacombi from February 2020 to July 2020, and the Director of HR Operations for Blue Apron from September 2016 to February 2020. Before their career in Human Resources, they were the Workers Compensation Manager at Cargill from October 2015 to September 2016.

Rojas has always been driven by their passion for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with mandated programs of state and federal regulations. Delia is also experienced in collecting and analyzing statistics to recommend initiatives that would achieve department metrics, such as cost reduction and organization efficiency. Throughout their career, they have served as a liaison between Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and operation leaders to recommend, implement, and drive change in policies and procedures that improve culture, values, and behaviors.

Most recently, at Peloton, Rojas has been focused on partnering with different departments to manage employee relations issues and investigations. Delia has also been working on developing employee training programs on various topics, such as anti-harassment and unconscious bias. In addition, they have been overseeing the development of new policies and procedures related to employee health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Delia Rojas received an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Luzerne County Community College. Delia then went on to get their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo.
