Shira Stein has over 16 years of experience in customer care and management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care at the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®) since January 2007. Prior to this role, Shira held the position of Front Office Manager/Receptionist at Graham Webb Academy from 2005 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing front desk operations, overseeing inventory for a student salon, creating promotional strategies to enhance product sales, and scheduling appointments for a student clinic. Shira holds a degree from Boston University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
