Shoshana Jarvis

Shoshana Jarvis, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in survey research and behavioral science, currently serving as the Associate Manager of Survey Research at the Graduate Management Admission Council™ since January 2025. Previously, Shoshana worked as a Scientific and Public Affairs Specialist at the Association for Psychological Science and held various research and managerial roles at institutions such as UC Berkeley and Columbia University, focusing on issues related to race, gender bias, and equity. With a strong educational background, including a Ph.D. in Management from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Willamette University, Shoshana has developed extensive expertise in data analysis, project management, and collaboration within research contexts.
