Ivo Fugers

Ivo Fugers is an experienced professional in data science and advanced analytics, currently serving as the Head of Digital Twin at Gradyent since October 2019, focusing on optimizing heat energy through the application of physics and machine learning. Prior to this role, Ivo worked at ORTEC from February 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included leading teams in building machine learning tools and conducting advanced analytics, with expertise in prediction models, chatbots, and various forms of data classification. Ivo's career also includes positions as a Data Scientist and Graduate Trainee at ORTEC, as well as a Student Assistant in Statistics at Leiden University and Project Coordinator at AdeKUS. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Statistical Science from Leiden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
