Craig Zimmerman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Craig started their career as the Director of Finance at Equinox in 2009 before joining Capital One in 2011 as the Vice President/Director of Business Analysis. At Capital One, they directed strategic planning projects and served as Deputy and Interim Chief of Staff for the Commercial Banking President.

In 2016, Zimmerman transitioned to become a Management Consultant and Consulting CFO, primarily serving food and beverage clients. In this role, they provided hands-on corporate finance leadership, strategic planning, and management consulting to executives and owners. Craig achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing direct-to-consumer margins for a national CPG brand and leading budgeting overhauls for several clients. Craig also created sales plans to drive revenue growth for a wine importer.

Throughout the years, Zimmerman has held various consultancy positions for companies including Turquoise Life, CookUnity, Athletics, and Think Coffee. In 2018, they held the dual role of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Irving Farm Coffee Roasters, and prior to that, they served as a CFO Consultant for the same company.

Most recently, Zimmerman has been engaged as the Chief Financial Officer at Grady's Cold Brew since September 2020 and as a Consulting Chief Financial Officer at Studio Mococo since April 2022.

Craig Zimmerman attended the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Business. Craig then went on to the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
