Lucie Dallen has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Lucie began their career as a Paralegal assistant at Charles E. Knoblauch, Esq. in 2003 and worked there until 2007. In 2003, they also joined 505 Southwestern as a Customer service and shipping manager, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, Lucie became the Head Czech Teacher of English at ELS, and after a year, they joined SAP BSCE as a Recruiting Process Specialist, a role they held until 2011.
Continuing their career progression, Lucie became an Account Manager at Colorbee in 2011, and after a few months, they joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as an HR Generalist in 2012. Lucie stayed at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. until 2014 when they transitioned to Eaton Corporation, where they served as an HR Generalist at EEIC for three years.
Most recently, Lucie's work experience includes positions at Graebel Companies, Inc. In 2018, they started as an HR Administrator before being promoted to Talent Relations Generalist in 2019. Lucie later became a Talent Relations Manager, a role they currently hold.
Lucie Dallen has a diverse education history. Lucie pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Languages, specializing in Spanish and German studies, at The University of New Mexico from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they attended Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 2002 to 2003 where they studied Romanistik and Germanistik. Later, in 2007 and 2008, Lucie pursued a Master of Management in Human Resources Development at National American University.
