Lauren McMullen is a Mechanical Engineer at GRAEF since March 2024, bringing a diverse background in engineering and sales. Previously, Lauren served as a Regional Account Manager and Inside Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls from June 2020 to August 2023. Academic experience includes a role as a Machine Shop Student Employee at Marquette University, where safety procedures and machinery training were implemented, and tutoring in calculus and material science, enhancing communication and leadership skills. As an Engineering Outreach Assistant, Lauren successfully coached high school students in STEM projects, leading a team to victory in a game design competition. Additionally, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Joral LLC, Lauren contributed to the design and prototyping of a hub shaft encoder and established a product inventory management system. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, completed in 2020.
