Justin Misher

Justin Misher is a Structural Engineer in Hot Section Engineering (HSE) at Pratt & Whitney, currently in their first rotation in the Engineering Development Program. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Undergraduate Researcher on the Orbital Launch Vehicle Team at Virginia Tech, where Justin focused on applications of Systems Engineering Principles to the development of spaceflight technologies. Justin also served as a Structures Intern in HSE at Pratt & Whitney, assisting in jet engine redesign efforts to increase engine life. Additionally, Justin was a Launch Structure Engineer and Designer for The Diggeridoos, a student-run engineering design team at Virginia Tech. Justin has also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Microwave Photonic Systems, where Justin further developed their engineering skillset. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
