Vanessa Docherty

Vanessa (Ng) Docherty currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Graestone Ready Mix Inc., having assumed this role in February 2024. Previously, Vanessa held key positions in human resources at Beedie, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources, from March 2018 to February 2024. Vanessa also contributed significantly to Luvo Inc. as the Director of People Operations from April 2015 to May 2018, and to the Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation as the first Human Resources Manager from October 2010 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes roles at Ubisoft Vancouver Inc. and Action Pants Inc., as well as at Electronic Arts. Vanessa's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from Simon Fraser University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
