Mia Taylor

Mia Taylor is a Research Engineer at Graf Research, specializing in machine learning projects involving tabular data, images, and graphs since May 2022. Previous experience includes two software development internships at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where Mia contributed to natural language processing and the Domain Name System Service Health Checks Team. As President of the Association for Women in Computing at Virginia Tech, Mia managed organizational operations and facilitated sponsorship relations for hackathons, including SheHacksVT. An academic background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, complemented by several internships in system engineering, software development, and research roles in diverse teams.
