Truc Vo

Truc Vo is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in advising on corporate matters and handling M&A transactions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at GvW Graf von Westphalen since January 2024, Truc Vo previously held the position of Senior Associate at Rödl & Partner from August 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contracts and transactional documents. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Associate at PwC Vietnam from August 2017 to August 2021, supporting clients in matters such as dividend payment, capital increases, and business structuring. Truc Vo’s earlier roles include Legal Assistant at RHTLaw Asia and various internships, including at Gide Loyrette Nouel and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre. Truc Vo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and became a Vietnamese Qualified Lawyer in 2020.
