John McDonagh is a seasoned professional in customer support management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support for the APAC region at Grafana Labs since October 2022, John previously held the position of Technical Support Manager at Rubrik, Inc. from April 2018 to October 2022, where a strong enthusiasm for career growth was expressed. Prior to this, John was with EMC for over 13 years, concluding as Director of Customer Support, having managed the XtremIO L2 Remote Technical Support team in EMEA, providing support to XtremIO customers globally.
