Ricardo Lupo

Ricardo Lupo is the current Director of Solutions Engineering at Grafana Labs. Prior to this, they were the Head of Solutions Engineering at LogDNA from June 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Solutions Architect at Sysdig from July 2019 to June 2020, where they were responsible for multiple new logo acquisitions and driving expansion at key customers by introducing consultative selling techniques to what was a transactional selling motion. Prior to that, they were Sr. Manager, Solution Architects, North Central, East and Federal at Chef Software from November 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they were in Presales and Business Development at Matrix42 Americas from May 2009 to October 2014, where they moved back into pre-sales capacity as Solution Delivery function was relocated to Dallas office. Ricardo also proactively developed strategic partnerships with key partners to resell and deliver FireScope solutions. Ricardo single handedly brought onboard one of the top cloud System Integrators to become a reseller and delivery partner. Ricardo also ran sales, customer support and account management functions for East coast based customers.

Ricardo Lupo has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ricardo also holds a certification from LinkedIn in Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer. Prior to their current positions, they attended Xavier High School.
