Rowan Mcvey

Rowan Mcvey is the Director of Customer Education at Grafana Labs. Prior to joining Grafana Labs, Rowan was the Senior Manager, Customer Enablement at Starburst Data where they led the process to identify enablement topics for data analysts using Starburst and launched an MVP self-paced enablement offering within nine months of their start date. Rowan has also held positions as the Manager, Cloudera OnDemand (Online Customer Training) at Cloudera and as a Senior Courseware Engineer at TIBCO Spotfire.

Rowan Mcvey has a MA in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

Their manager is Roshni Sondhi, VP, Customer Experience.
